“I want to open a store that goes back to the authentic roots of the old Japanese ‘wagashi’ shop”… This dream was realized with the opening of Toraya-Kobo in October 2007.
To offer delicious wagashi in a natural and simple style, without too much decoration. To treasure the relationships among customers and neighbors. Those are the goals of Toraya-Kobo.
